Wholesale distribution moves the goods that fill East African shops, factories, and construction sites. FMCG distributors stock the supermarkets and dukas, building-materials wholesalers feed contractors, industrial-equipment distributors serve manufacturers and large operators, and pharma wholesalers supply clinics and pharmacies.

EABD lists FMCG wholesalers, building-materials distributors, industrial-equipment importers, pharmaceutical wholesalers, and the agents and clearing firms that support cross-border distribution. Verified profiles include the brands carried, areas served, and reviews from retail customers.

About DR Congo

The Democratic Republic of the Congo is one of Africa's largest markets: more than 100 million people, the copper and cobalt belt of Haut-Katanga and Lualaba, the port of Matadi, and Kinshasa, a city of more than 17 million with a services economy to match. In the east, Goma, Bukavu and Bunia trade daily with Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi and Tanzania, and the country joined the East African Community in 2023.

EABD lists Congolese businesses in Kinshasa and across all 26 provinces, including Lubumbashi, Kolwezi, Goma, Bukavu, Kisangani, Mbuji-Mayi, Kananga and beyond. Browse by province, by town or by industry. Where a business is verified, EABD has confirmed its RCCM registration and contact details, which matters in a market where much of business still runs through personal introductions.
