How do I claim my business listing?

Find your business through Browse, open its profile and choose Claim this business. We confirm you control the business before handing over the listing. If the published contact details are out of date, email [email protected] with the listing link and proof of ownership, such as a registration certificate.

How do I report a scam or fake listing?

Email [email protected] with the listing link and what you saw. We acknowledge every report within 24 hours and do not share the reporter's identity with the business.

How do I update my address, phone or hours?

How do I stop a paid plan?

Plans never renew or charge you automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. An annual plan runs to its end date, keeps its paid features for a 7-day grace period, then moves the listing to Free, where it stays published. See Dashboard → Billing for your end dates.

How do I delete my account or my data?

Email [email protected] from the address registered to your account and we will action it. Financial records are kept for the period Kenyan tax law requires. The Privacy Policy has the full picture.
