EABD supports KES, UGX, TZS, RWF, and USD. Kenya shilling payments must use MPesa, while supported non-KES payments may use Pesapal or PayPal where available.

Activation after verification
Listing plans and campaign credits activate only after EABD receives and verifies provider confirmation. Pending, failed, reversed, or unverified payments do not unlock paid features.
Payment references and receipts
EABD stores provider references, payment status, currency, amount, and audit events so users and administrators can reconcile purchases safely.
Refunds and corrections
Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, duplicate payments, and manual corrections are reviewed against provider records, account activity, and consumed campaign credits.
